What is BIM?
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the technology used in the architects’ office. According to this concept the architects are able to use the 3D building models to extract all the required project drawings and building views – including sections and elevations, presentation drawings, renderings and detailed construction drawings, as well as quantity calculations and price estimations. Consequently, changes to the model are instantly updated on all drawings. In the BIM programs the complete building model and all of its representations are included in the BIM file.
As a certified Archicad BIM Manager, I am able to effectively use software for modelling high quality 3D models. All of my latest projects were created with the BIM technology.
